There was no school today because of snow and ice, but the roads were cleared in time for the party to run on schedule.  After the room was set up the troop brought bags of toys for the "Toys for Tots" dropoff.  Joe P. borrowed my Palm to pass the time.  Other people found different ways to entertain themselves.  One scout entertained himself with a Gameboy Advanced.  Mike M. earned First Class, which allowed him to be our Senior Patrol Leader.  Dan M. and Kevin K. earned Life.  The updated Eagle Plaques were displayed.  Eagle Scouts Dan W. and Chris L. gave a speech about how being an Eagle Scout prepared them for life in the military.  During cleanup a table was dropped and a pair of its legs came off.
