During this Court of Honor the new scouts received their Boy Scout ranks, and merit  badges were given out.  Another troop history display was set up, and fortunately more people went to see this one.  Last time, during the Sunday Pancake Breakfast not many people examined the display.  Michael S. and Roderick K. received their Star ranks.
